Itinerary

We'll board our Luxor Aswan Nile cruise, the MS Grand Palm Nile cruise, after meeting our representative at Luxor Airport or the railway station. Begin your Egypt Day Tours by exploring the Luxor East Bank Tours Your first day on board will be spent exploring the temples of Karnak and Luxor.

We've heard that seeing these places by boat is the greatest way to see them, so that's what we'll do! We'll begin in the massive Karnak Temple, where you can tour the ancient ruins and learn about the site's history. You'll also get time to visit the surrounding area, which offers a stunning perspective of Thebes as well as the Karnak Open Air Museum, a treasure trove of little shrines, massive stones, statues, and the recently renovated Red Chapel of Hatchepsut.

Following that, we'll visit Luxor Temple, one of Egypt's most iconic monuments. This temple was constructed during the New Kingdom period (1539-1075 BC), but it had been utilized as a site of devotion for thousands of years prior. It's in an area with many other temples, including those dedicated to Egyptian gods like Isis and Horus, so there's lots to see and do on this day!

Lunch and dinner are served.

We'll be seeing the Luxor West Bank Tours today. We'll see the Hatshepsut Temple and Valley of the Kings, as well as the Colossi Memnon, and continue our Luxor excursions.

Hatshepsut Temple was constructed during Hatshepsut's reign, which lasted from 1478 to 1458 BCE. It's a stunning example of Egyptian architecture and workmanship, and it's one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. The temple was constructed with limestone blocks coated with white sandstone, giving it its distinctive tint. We'll also visit some of the numerous hieroglyphic inscriptions that adorn its walls.

Queen Hatshepsut chose to erect her burial temple on the west bank of Thebes, facing her father god Amen's huge temple and near her tomb in the Valley of the Kings.
Following that, you will have free time to explore on your own or join an optional excursion to Dendara Temple Complex.

Then you'll go to Valley of the Kings and Colossi Memnon, two prominent monuments in Luxor that you must see! The Valley of the Kings, a necropolis that holds the tombs of numerous Ancient pharaohs, is where we'll view some of the most famous tombs, including those of Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and Seti I.nt Egypt's New Kingdom, where many pharaohs were buried; It has been in use since around 1550 BCE and continues to be so now. It appears in films such as "The Mummy" and "Raiders of the Lost Ark."

After exploring Colossi Memnon, two huge statues that were formerly part of a temple dedicated to Amenhotep III, sail to Esna for the night.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Today we will visit the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo. These temples are extremely well maintained, with many stunning specimens of ancient Egyptian art surviving for thousands of years. We'll also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and see how Egyptians live nowadays.

The Temple of Horus in Edfu will be the first stop on this day. Ptolemy VI Philometor erected the temple, which is one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Its exterior is adorned with depictions of Horus fighting Seth, and inside is a massive Hypostyle Hall with 134 columns supporting an eight-row pillar roof.
Then it's over to the Kom Ombo Temple, which was built by Nero Claudius Caesar. This temple was dedicated to two gods Sobek, who represented fertility and crocodile protection, and Haroeris, who represented Horus' healing abilities.

Then it's time to eat! We're providing a buffet lunch at one of our onboard restaurants so you can relax and enjoy your meal without having to rush around looking for things you like. After lunch, we'll resume our Nile cruise toward Aswan.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

The High Dam is our favorite of all the attractions in Aswan. The High Dam is the first site on your Aswan tours, and it is considered one of the greatest engineering accomplishments in history for controlling the flow of water from Lake Nasser and preventing flooding. Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser built it across the Nile River in 1964, and it is being used today to regulate water flow in Egypt and Sudan.
Following your tour of the dam, you will proceed to the Philae Temple, which is located on an island in Lake Nasser. The temple is devoted to the goddess Isis, who was revered here prior to its incorporation into Egypt under Alexander the Great. Your guide will lead you around the island, telling you stories about how it was built and why it is so significant to Egyptians today. It's fascinating!

After touring Philae Temple and its remains, you'll return to the ship for lunch before continuing on to see the Unfinished Obelisk.

Finally, if you're feeling daring and want to see something extremely spectacular but not too touristic, go to Unfinished Obelisk it's an obelisk that Ramses II started but never finished since he died before he could finish it! You'll undoubtedly get some good shots there.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Today, we'll disembark from the MS Grand Palm Nile cruise ship and take a private vehicle to Aswan Airport or the railway station. We hope you had a great time on board and that your travel was an amazing one.

Breakfast is the meal of the day.
